Restorative yoga is deeply relaxing and powerfully healing. 200-hour or 500-hour teachers will deepen on many levels and add highly effective tools and techniques to their classes or one-on-one offerings. Learn modifications and adaptation using props and reading students' verbal and non-verbal cues.

Jools Andres, E-RYT 500 and Dorothy Fizzell, E-RYT 500 have co-led the SOYA Vancouver-area Yoga Teacher Trainings together since 2015, and they enjoy it immensely!
